Kaisercraft Enchanted Garden Collection

Hello! If you fancy fairies and dreamy soft pastel colours, Kaisercraft's Echanted Garden collection is just for you. I think I like fairies and I do like the quotes in this collection, so today's post is going to be longer than usual just because I have so many things to show you.

So let's start with the accordion fold album. I've made accordion albums before, but this time I used two chipboard pieces for the back and front covers, so the album is really sturdy, and I added some pockets for journaling cards.

Here's a close-up look at the pockets:

And the album's front and back covers:

While I was making the album, a funny question came to my mind, "If you are on a deserted island and you can pick only one ink, which one it will be?" Well, if I ever get asked this question, my answer will be - Walnut Stain Distress Ink. My absolute all-time favourite; it brings life to every piece of paper it touches! Here I used it to distress the edges of the covers and to define the butterflies.

Now, back to the collection :). It also features a set of die cuts which are so many and can last you for ages. I used the butterflies to decorate the cover and some of the other embellishments you can see here on the inside pages of the album. I also thought it would be nice to match the colours of the photos and the album, so I used this aged effect and it turned out really charming.

Finally, here are the journaling cards which I cut out from some of the papers:

My second project with the Enchanted Garden Collection is a set of three cards. Apart from the papers I used the die cuts, rub-ons and stickers available with the collection. Take a look:

And finally, I decided to dress up a photo sleeve and turn it into a fairy album with some inspiring quotes. It can make a unique present for a good friend.

This is what I used (plus some stickers):

And here's the ready album:

Well, that's all from me for today. I hope you've enjoyed it!

Happy crafting,

Lidiya
